Never use a high-pressure regulator and never invert the gas cylinder.</li><li>Keep the cylinder behind a partition at least 2 m from the fryer.</li><li>Do not leave the fryer unattended; close the cylinder valve at once if the flame goes out.</li><li>Before first use, adjust the air damper to avoid a yellow or lifting flame. Light the burner once or twice to purge air from the hose.</li></ul>
