Even Cooking Results

De'Longhi uses SHS i.e. Surround Heating System, which delivers exceptional performance as it surrounds the food with heat to cook it evenly. The machine has an upper heating element and a fan that delivers consistent heat from the top. Its lower heating element provides heat from the bottom while the mixing paddle takes care of stirring the food automatically. This setup reduces the cooking time by providing radiant and convection heat from all directions for a perfect cooking experience.
